All Sales are final. In the event of damaged or other extenuating circumstances will be addressed on an Exception basis.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please contact within 3 Business days of receiving your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Special Orders/Pre Orders and Machines. We also do not accept returns for products that carry manufacturer warranties in which the manufacturer must be contacted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special orders, pre orders, sale items, items that carry a manufacturer's warranty or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure we come to a resolution is to contact us immediately.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or Gift card. Refunds are also automatically completed when an item is no longer available due to Low Demand or unavailable from Manufacturer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
