A: Canada: Expedited $50.00 and up $35.00, Standard $125.00 and up Free, Standard $0.75–$124.99 $18.00. U.S.: Expedited $50.00 and up $40.00, Standard $200.00 and up Free, Standard $0.75–$199.99 $35.00. International: Rates are determined after product weight and destination is received.

Q: Do you have a Brick and Mortar Store Location?

Q: What is the Return Policy?

A: We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. This does not apply to Pre Order and Special Order items or Sale items are all final. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at embellishaway@rogers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To start a return, you can contact us at embellishaway@rogers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Q: Are there any items that can not be returned?

A: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders. We also do not accept returns for products that carry manufacturer warranties in which the manufacturer must be contacted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special/custom orders, sale items, items that carry a manufacturer's warranty or gift cards.

Q: What happens if I purchase an item and it becomes unavailable indefinitely, recalled or discontinued?

A: A full refund will completed to payment type received or gift card.

Q: Do you Price Match?

A: We do our best to Price Match ALL in Market cost items. This excludes SALE items. We do not guarantee that we can as there are multiple factors to take into consideration. Contact Us to confirm product for price matching.
