All orders are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has arrived and we are shipping to you.

Delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or quantity shortage or postal service problems that are outside of all of our control.  Should we realize any delays we will notify immediately and will hold any additional items until your whole order can be shipped.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $80.00 within 15Km Radius For Orders 15Km - 30Km there is a 5.00 delivery fee. For orders under $79.99, we charge $4.00 for local delivery. Please note that fees are subject to change and can be confirmed at time of check out prior to payent.

Deliveries are made Once your full order has been received. We will contact you via email or with the phone number you provided at checkout to confirm date and time of delivery.

Local deliveries currently covering: Oshawa, Courtice, Newcastle, Orono, Port Perry, Hampton, and Newtonville. radius Confirmed with Address at Checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available (Not including weekends and Holidays).

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at embellishaway@rogers.com with your name ,tracking number and order number. We will look into it for you. and update you within 72 business hours.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Canada post will allow us to send to P.O. Boxes. However, you will have to pickup at your local/designated Post Office.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping and or Duty costs for the return, plus a 2% restocking fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders. We also do not accept returns for products that carry manufacturer warranties in which the manufacturer must be contacted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special orders, pre orders and sale items or gift cards.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at embellishaway@rogers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
