Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powder is a dry mica pearl powder and dye mix for creating shimmering colourful effects on any porous surface. This package contains 30mL. Shake bottle before use. Wet your paper or cardstock, then gently puff on some powder mix. Add some more water using a brush or spray bottle and watch as the colours appear.
